Have you ever wonder what part do you play in this play called life? Have you ever ask yourself what is the purpose of your life? Preachers will say God sent you here to make a difference in someone else’s life. Atheists will just say you’re here because it is part of the life cycle; you are born, you reproduce, you die. It felt as if that is the answer to the meaning of life, and we innovate to improve our lifestyle as part of a side hobby.

Some of the religious may disagree with me, some of you may already be uninterested in this and clicked that “X” button on the top of your screen or changed your site to “www.facebook.com”, and some may be wondering where is this going. I don’t know either. Life is full of obstacles. We climb, we fall, we climb up again, that is unless you’re either too lazy because you’re fed with a silver spoon or you just gave up completely because of some reason and have this emoticon as your emotion ->  (╯°□°)╯︵ ┻━┻)

I know that sometimes, you cannot avoid the heavy snow as long as you’re alive. I experience it myself. Yes it slows you down; it might cripple your journey. But what are you going to do about it? Let say the snow isn’t going to melt. Are you going to stay there, sitting ducks forever, or are you going to shove it away and move on? This question, to many, is quite difficult to answer to because of the uncertainty that may unfold, be it good or bad. Many prefer not to take chances especially when the odds are against them. But you won’t know until you do it, right?

If you are still reading this, then you have a big question that you have been pondering about, maybe for the past 6 months or more. Where exactly are you heading in your life? Try envisioning yourself in 10 or 20 years from where you stand now, your current state. Is that where you want to go? If yes, you’re set for life! But beware that not all things will go exactly the way you planned. Things might crumble and fall in your path and you’ll have more table-flipping moments. If not, ask yourself, why?

Human beings, that means you and me and him and her, are easily influenced, mainly from peer pressure. You want to be with the cool kids not because it makes you cool and noticed, but because you want to fit in. We always want to be someone else. Guys will see other guys have better gadgets or owning a highly-modified desktop while girls on the other hand, will envy other girls having OVER 9000 pairs of Christian Louboutin heels or that one handbag from Gucci. What we all don’t realize is that as we strive to be that person; we tend to lose sight of ourselves. And when we fail, we weep and rant about it over two tubs of Häagen-Dazs ice creams. We lose ourselves in our own miseries but we tend to forget how awesome each and every one of us is. Hard work is usually, well, hard but pays off if you take the initiative to actually start it. Procrastination is a normal thing. We tend to stray off to seek for instant pleasure. It is perfectly fine, but we must take control of it. To live, or not to live, that is YOUR question, and you hold the answer to it.

Antarnis loves salmon sushi, that is ONE of his instant pleasure.
