"Tawaran Biasiswa JPA di bawah PIDN bagi mengikuti pengajian peringkat diploma dan ijazah sarjana muda di IPTA dan IPTS dalam negara sesi 2009/2010" is already out today. It is until 10 Julai 2009.

this scholarship are not for spm leavers rite? cause its stated there for those who had a secured place in ipts/ipta

ya, its not for spm leavers. its for those who have secured a place (2nd year also can) in the local public uni or ipts (only 3, its the petronas and uniten, check it at the website) or those who have received offer letter.
