As some of you may have noticed from my signature, heeding vseehua's call for more university-specific FAQs, I am currently writing a guide about my university. It's almost done: I just have one last section to do and some minor touch-ups before it is ready for public viewing.
Anyway, on to the point of this topic. I thoroughly enjoyed myself in the writing and compilation of the guide, and recently I had this idea of writing yet another guide, but about writing a good argumentative essay [think debate speeches where you have to make a point and be convincing at it]. However, owing to my insane schedule this term [silly me for signing up for so many activities but it IS the summer term after all!] I'll leave it up to public demand. Are you guys interested in a guide of such a topic? If there is a lack of interest I will happily bin the idea, but if the response is good I might see what I can do about it. So, what say you? Yay or nay?

Well, I was once an English state level debater. Essays...hmm, I got A1 for 1119 SPM and was the Top 50 teenage writer Malaysia Wordsmith Competition 2007. Tips on a good argument? Hmmm... the guide should be useful, especially to those who need to learn about technical and professional writing, or academic writing. As such a guide will help students, especially those in universities to write their reports and findings, why not have it?
