TAWARAN PERMOHONAN KEMASUKAN
KE INSTITUSI PENGAJIAN TINGGI AWAM (IPTA) BAGI
PROGRAM PENGAJIAN LEPASAN SPM / SETARAF
SESI AKADEMIK 2009/2010

1. Sukacita dimaklumkan bahawa sejumlah 166,261 permohonan
telah diterima sehingga tarikh tutup permohonan untuk kemasukan
ke Program Pengajian Lepasan SPM/Setaraf Institusi Pengajian
Tinggi Awam (IPTA) bagi Sesi Akademik 2009/2010.

2. Dimaklumkan Mesyuarat Penyelarasan Bersama dengan Bahagian
Matrikulasi Kementerian Pelajaran Malaysia (BMKPM) pada 11
September 2008 telah bersetuju akan mengguna pakai dasar
tawaran terbuka (double offer) di mana calon lepasan SPM yang
layak akan menerima dua (2) tawaran iaitu sama ada untuk
mengikuti program Matrikulasi di KPM atau mengikuti Program
Pengajian Asasi/Diploma di IPTA.

3. Keputusan kemasukan ke Program Matrikulasi KPM telah
diumumkan pada 17 April 2009 dan tarikh pendaftaran ke Kolej
Matrikulasi KPM adalah pada 11 Mei 2009. Manakala keputusan
permohonan Kemasukan Ke IPTA bagi Program Pengajian
Lepasan SPM/Setaraf di bawah Kementerian Pengajian Tinggi
akan diumumkan pada 1 Mei 2009. Sehubungan itu, calon
Lepasan SPM mempunyai tempoh masa yang secukupnya untuk
membuat keputusan yang bijak dalam memilih program yang
diminati berdasarkan tawaran yang diterima.

4. Sekiranya seseorang calon mendapat dua (2) tawaran, iaitu dari
BMKPM dan juga IPTA, calon boleh menolak salah satu daripada
tawaran tersebut dan mendaftar ke program tersebut mengikut
jadual yang ditetapkan. Jika hanya menerima satu tawaran
sahaja iaitu Program Matrikulasi KPM, adalah dinasihatkan
calon mendaftar ke program tersebut mengikut jadual.
Seandainya, calon memilih untuk menolak tawaran BMKPM, nama
calon akan diproses dan dipertimbangkan sekiranya memenuhi
syarat am dan syarat khas program pengajian serta kriteria
pemilihan yang ditetapkan oleh Jawatankuasa Pemilihan
Kemasukan Ke IPTA. Calon diwajibkan membuat pengesahan
setuju terima tawaran IPTA dalam tempoh tujuh (7) hari dari tarikh
keputusan diumumkan melalui laman web IPTA berkaitan.

5. Sehubungan itu, keputusan dasar yang dipersetujui, jika calon
telah mendaftar ke Program Matrikulasi KPM, nama calon
tidak akan diproses untuk pertimbangan kes rayuan
kemasukan ke IPTA oleh BPKP JPT.

6. Hanya calon-calon yang mengemukakan permohonan ke BPKP
JPT dan tidak mendapat sebarang tawaran ke IPTA sahaja boleh
mengemukakan rayuan melalui e-Rayuan yang boleh dicapai mulai
1 Mei 2009 jam 12.00 tengah hari melalui URL
http://upu.mohe.gov.my dalam tempoh 10 hari bekerja dari tarikh
keputusan diumumkan.

7. Maklumat lanjut mengenai status keputusan permohonan
kemasukan ke IPTA boleh dirujuk melalui talian atau saluran

Hi ! I am a Chinese and a male. I have passed SPM 2008 with 11 A1 & 1 3B . I have applied for IPTA and most of my choices are science subjects in Uitm. I wish to ask is it true that the asasi sains, diploma sains, diploma teknologi makmal perubatan ... are only available for bumiputra's? Is there anyone here who is studying asasi sains in UiTM and is not a bumiputra?

i rarely heard there is any non-bumi studying at UITM...But one of my juniors, he applies engineering course but UITM grant him bussiness and accountancy.
I dont know what is wrong with system so far.Moreover, i din apply for UPU using my SPM status last year. it is so funny.offer one a totally different course.

i guess maybe UPU grant him his 7th or 8th choice....
well to choose 8 courses,that is so hard and to get 7th or 8th chice,that's even hrder...

im sure it is hard for the goverment to give every1 their first choice!!!!

well, to apply UPU using SPM cert, the choice are very limited when u look at the list of IPTA...

mostly they will be universiti of ISLAM follow by smtg... other universiti without the islam words, offer COLD subject like... pertanian and those...
so just hope for the best... hahah...

yeap 160k ppl weh.... how many of them will actually being choosen??

Ya~I noticed that too...Some of the popular courses were offered by UiTM...and Chinese cant apply for uitm...so that mean we left not much choices to apply for...hye~

There are also many engineering course too... U can think about it..

i can confirm with u any of Uni asasi sains is only applicable for bumis.
and those SPA programmes like dip tek makmal perubatan i'm not sure yet.
