The original version was something different but the gist is here. Anyone interested to know the answer? Try giving me your answer on this post first and let's see if you are a psychopath or not.
Oh I've seen this before.... Except we were suppose to guess the answer as to how Jane was going to meet the guy again....

It's because the guy only appears at funerals...and Jane needed another funeral to see the guy again....

i guess she fell in love with that guy so suddenly because she just lost the one she loves the most and she thought no one would ever love her again.....however that guy was only her hallucination of her sister as her sister would provide that love.....(huh??what am i thinking)somehow, she only believed on that guy and not her sister....
thus one day,she realised that the guy actually is her sister thus she killed her sister...

OK IM NOT MAKING ANY SENSE!!!!

Patients who refuses to take medicine are doomed to eternal stay at the mental facility

One is to deter the public from any misbehaviour or inappropriate conduct which is against the norm of the society. Then there's of course retribution('an eye for an eye', 'a tooth for a tooth', 'a life for a life'), reparation(compensate the victims) and also the rehabilitate the society(especially to drink-drivers and drug addicts).
To bring the topic back on track,
LAW is made to protect the society,
to rehabilitate the wrongs, and to prevent further wrongs.

So in the case that if someone is actually insane,
the punishment would not meet any of the points above,
hence YES, I am fine with him not being punished.
Whats needed is treatment.
