i'll comment on the first post.how special a sexual relationship with a spouse depends on how open you are to each other...it's more about the foreplay instead of the actual intercourse itself.masturbation doesn't affect anything.it WILL NOT make sexual intercourse meaningless.unless one is having sex with a prostitute,well,that's a different story.i've always took the stand that defends masturbation,so from my own experience,(and i admit i can be quite an orgasm addict) masturbation doesn't turn sexual intercourse to a meaningless act.

1 more thing,masturbation really does prevent premature ejaculation.someone who never masturbate will definitely ejaculate prematurely during his 1st few intercourses.now,isn't that unfair to the ladies?so guys,train your penis from now on!hehe

It is said that when you feel like masturbation and you want to control it, just take a cold icy water bath. Don't know whether it helps or not, but perhaps you wanna try.

hrm, if u concern about religion matter, i have an idea, find an article about bad effect of masturbating or religuous article dat will make u feel guilty or scared, fold it and put it in ur pocket, bring it anywhere, each time u wanna masturbate, take it out and read it, it should help u, it works on me, huhu

Quitting masturbation, everyone will have their own opinions about quitting it. Some would say we gotta have strong will and determination, others would say taking icy cold bath to relieve the desire to masturbate.
