But DNR isn't the same as "wanting to die" - it's more like "I don't want to be pulled back from death with the great risk of contiunuing the suffering of living under agony, and I want to just follow nature's course and die with dignity".

I am not too sure about the DNR status in Malaysia. In Australia, when I went to the repatriation hospital, most of the old people have DNR status.

if they want to die just let them die laaa coz sometimes its better to die rather than suffering.

any1 here takes law?? do u guys know about the Re A (Conjoined Twins) (2000) case?? if no, u cn try reading up that case and c hw a baby's life is decided by the courts and not the parents.. pretty cool in a way... but boring if u read the whole story

Which still means that the laws are basically some sort of conclusion of the opinion of the general public... So the all-great laws that determine everything are still made by people, and cannot be perfect. The laws are just the opinion of the majority on how things should be done, that's all.
