Well, I think finding the right balance is crucial. I mean, negative thinking in the extremes can be suicidal both figuratively and literally, and on the other side of the spectrum, extremely positive thinking can lead to overconfidence, denial and a false sense of security.
So yeah, SOME negative thinking is actually quite crucial in our lives. After all, to be able to improve from a negative situation, we need to acknowledge it first. XP
