Degree in International Business?

Both Lim Kok Wing and Multimedia University offer a bachelor degree in International Business. Can anybody advise me about this? I mean, which university is more reputable for the course I'm yet to take? (after completing my SAM, that is, which is stilll a loooooooong way to go, but I need to know now because I want to apply for Hong leong scholarship)
Actually, I wish to do a double degree in University of South Australia, if given the FINANCIAL opportunity. Would be International Business and International Studies then. But too bad, no cash no talk. Or does anybody know about scholarship prospects for SAM? As in, how hard is it to get scholarships using SAM results? Thanks for your time! (Btw, can somebody enlighten me more about International Business? I'm very new to these kind of things... thanks a million!)
