I attended. But damn, I was at a wrong spot - Masjid Jamek, where those bastards started hosing us down with acids out of the blue...

I should have gathered at Masjid Negara instead. Nonetheless, I walked and I walked proudly

the spraying was recorded and uploaded on the net

The real tragedy wasn't that it rained, or the FRU sprayed some of the participants but the fact that most of those who took the streets were Malays, you know those who we/you believe are granted with all the special birth rights and should naturally be pro-UMNOs-goverment.

I would really love to see the minorities who represent 60% (about 4 million) of KLs population show up one of these day in full force to one of these temasya.

But anyways, it was a noble cause and kudos to those who took their time and the risk to show the man whos boss.

Pictures from the Bersih Rally. Would have loved to be there.

The media has gone to the dogs. Didn't/Couldn't (I don't know which is worse) even provide any coverage on the rally. Imagine that, the traffic jams caused by protestors are more important news that the actual protest. And they said there were 4000 people when it was more like 40000.

PPUUUUIII!!!

As though the end of media freedom isn't bad enough - they have to rub salt on old woulds by telling lies now.

As someone in youtube pointed out, the rally against Malayan Union, as honestly reported in our buku teks Sejarah, must have been illegal too.

Also, the next time my family of 9 go out for something, we are having illegal meeting according to the law.

firstly you are a racist
if you want to walk, go walk,
dont talk c0ck and bring race card to this issue

2nd, you maths suxx
60% of msian population is malay
and 60% of 24 million is not 4 million

being stupid is bad enough
but too bad we have racist even on this "elite" forum

he is enjoying his life in the states and comfortably finding excuse to hit non malays.

Thirdshifter, why UMNO choose u to be their mole?

Malaysians are true Malaysians on that day,
dont come and split these Malaysians into groups of Chinese, indians, malays and etc. etc.
They are Malaysians, not a group of people from different world.
