youghurts hv said to hv the best cooling effect.....tru enuf..they work....even green tea is gud in hot weather

but yoghurts make you feel dehydrated, unless you're talking about those yogurt drinks.

if it's hot outside, i'd do my best to stay away from the hot weather.

If u r getting dizzyness under the bright sunshine, and u feel sleepy, drinking cold water can fresh ur mind up and improve ur concentration temporalily, it is a fact. But is it good? Thia I dunno.

this tips are very, very useful when you're in Labuan. . so hot eh there. . Is it the effect of global warming or Labuan is just plain hot?
