but many of my frens who get jpa scholarship din receive the message...
how r we going to do reply via sms??

How come MCA can have you all's hp number??It's weird....did you all seek for MCA 's help when applying JPA or wat??

Sorry if I hurt someone. Could it be only those helped by MCA receive the message? What I mean here is initially JPA didnn't plan to give the scholarship to them, but after MCA negotiated with them, they agreed to give them. So, MCA just contacted these students...
