I finally completed hIRC 1.9. For those who don't know what it is... it's a project i've been working on. It's a script made using C++, html, php and mIRC coding. The foundation of the script is still mIRC

It basically has alot of functions and modules. Like phpnuke, users can submit and make their own modules and patches too.

There is a language patch that can be edited if anyone is interested.
