9 hours? haha...i envy you la, i can never sleep as long as that..any more than 5 hours, i'll end up feeling like i've wasted a lot of time of my life..

any less and i feel like there's something not right. and seriously, 4~5 hours is totally not recommended; i've read about sleeping habits online, not shooting out of nowhere
