HELP!! I need advice on scholarships

Help!! I am an UEC holder, and now I have received an offer from International Medical University for the February intake. I will have to accept their offer before 30/12/2005 and pay an amount of RM24,000 ++ to them as the first semester's fees.

In fact, I come from a low income family, yet my interest in this Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery(M.B.B.S) course is pushing me to take the course, I have the ability but not the money. I have considered getting a loan from PTPTN but i heard that they only offer loans to students who study the whole course in IMU, but my situation is that I have chosen the program which I need to complete 2.5 years in overseas.

I have considered taking the scholarships offered by IMU, but it is only offered to students of August intake next year, and again, it is only offered to those who complete their whole course in IMU.

I have called IMU and they told me that if I'm going to change my course, which is to complete the whole course in IMU, I may not get an offer, so is it better if I defer my course.

So, can anyone give me some advice as there are not so many scholarships or loans for UEC holders especially for Medicine?
