Oh the sime darby scholar.. Sime Darby also didn't want to sponsor undergraduates for overseas studies this year-- does this make it feasible? =/

It's just making the other available scholarships more competitive due to lesser opportunities lol

This is definitely very helpful of you. In my case, this JPA scholarship would be my one and only chance to study Veterinary Medicine in the UK. There are simply no other scholarships available to cover the costs. What do you think my chances are for such a course? I understand it is rare. =(

Also, fellow Recom-mers, in the JPA document, why is there a Top 10 unis list for Bidang Klinikal, Pra-Klinikal dan Kesihatan, and then further down.. there is a top 50 list of the same thing? *confused*

After such a lengthy discussion, where is the *proof* that JPA has *scrapped* PILN for pre-u graduates for academic years 2011/2012, 2012/2013 and 2013/2014? Yes, the details listed under section (iv) "Program Ijazah Luar Negara (PILN) – mulai tahun 2014" specifically and solely intended for 2013 pre-u graduates and beyond, but are we jumping to the conclusion because they said

Hi, I am a guy who got Oxford this year too for a not a very profitable course called biochemistry. Whether I would throw my support onto this I'm not too sure yet though I must agree that talking to the officers won't do much as they are only following orders. And when the orders itself is unclear, all they can say is what DPM has said, so I'd agree if we are serious it'd have to go to some person who has influence. And replying to mr connor and my thoughts, for us 09 leavers there is a problem. If JPA would hand us a scholarship, we'd be the luckiest of all previous guys and those after us. We'd have one a JPA and then a second chance in this. Would they want to publicly declare for us I doubt it. IN the end, Msia is not that rich either. I know of in the past there was this scholarship that we go directly there to ask. Did that this year, well apparently it was scrapped a few years back. So whether they want to give us I'm not too sure.

The proof for me is when i called jpa abt the program ivy league dan setara and they say it has ended and all piln will start in 2014
