LOCAL AND FOREIGN UNIVERSITIES
Minimum Requirements

Fulfilling at least one of the following criteria:

STPM / A-Level - at least 2 A and 1 B ; or

-Diploma / Matriculation - Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) of at least 3.50 ; or
-South Australian Matriculation - ATAR of at least 85% ; or
-American Foundation Program - SAT1 score of at least 1200 ; or
-For candidates currently pursuing Undergraduate - Current CGPA of at least 3.50
-Passed SPM with credits in Bahasa Melayu and English subjects
-Not exceeding 25 years of age on 1 July 2012
-Have obtained a place to pursue Undergraduate studies in 2012 from the Bank's list of approved universities

Additional Requirements

-Good command of the English language, both written and oral
-Flexible, versatile and posses high teamwork capabilities
-Excelled in both extra-curricular activities and sports
-Students who are currently pursuing Undergraduate (Honours) at recognised local and foreign universities (within the Bank's list of approved universities) are also eligible to apply.

Haha I was wondering about that too. Then I went to log in my application account (Register if you don't have it yet =) ) and clicked around. It turned out that you just have to select "Apply Now", then pick the course you wish to study and the country you intend to go to. The list of preferred universities will appear.

CAMBRIDGE A-LEVEL, AMERICAN FOUNDATION PROGRAM, SOUTH AUSTRALIAN MATRICULATION

Minimum Requirements
Passed the 2011 SPM examination with at least 8As (A and A+ only)
Not exceeding 19 years old of age on 1 July 2012
Additional Requirements
Good command of the English language, both written and oral
Flexible, versatile and posses high teamwork capabilities
Excelled in both extra-curricular activities and sports
Sponsorship to pursue Bachelor Degree (Honours) at foreign universities will be extended subject to meeting the Bank's approved criteria.

Will pursue courses that will add value to the roles and functions of Bank Negara Malaysia
Not exceeding 30 years old for Master and 35 years old for PhD on 1 July 2012
Passed SPM with credits in Bahasa Melayu and English subjects
Have obtained a place to pursue postgraduate studies in 2012 from the Bank's list of approved universities

Postgraduate students who are currently pursuing Master's or PhD at recognised local or foreign universities (within the Bank's list of approved universities) are also eligible to apply.
Those who fulfilled the minimum requirements are required to apply online via Bank Negara Malaysia's website. Please submit the following documents

Curriculum Vitae/ Resume
Certified copy of Bachelor/Master degree results
Letter of recommendation from previous/ current university (for postgraduate application only)
One (1) page of Abstract / Executive Summary of your proposed research (for postgraduate application only)

Have any of you encounter this problem? Whenever I click on 'apply' in the bank negara website, a warning page comes which says "The site's security certificate is not trusted". Even the link that Nicholasng925 provided above has this thing. So I don't dare to continue. Any similar situation or any help please?

Just continue, just some internet explorer warning. Techie stuff, don't wanna go too into detail.

What the freak?! 20th MARCH ?! The University of Nottingham Malaysia Campus should have received my application by now only ._. Don't know if I should try applying for the overseas instead, since I have offers already but don't plan to go already..

On the side note, Quantitative Finance for postgraduate study looks really really interesting!!!!!!!!! Probably going for that upon finishing my actuarial professional exams after my undergraduate degree!
