pendidikan vernakular di malaysia

Setakat ini, hanya Malaysia merupakan satu-satunya negara di dunia ini yang mempunyai pendidikan pelbagai mengikut kaum atau vernakular. Sejauhmanakah sekolah vernakular ini relevan dengan keperluan negara masa kini dalam usaha mewujudkan konsep 1 Malaysia?

I don't think we can - I've heard that the PA scheme is rather strict, and most 'honest' opinions aren't in it as those who set the scheme work for the government. *all hail schemes in our exam system, no? examiners should really learn to get creative la* The theme of 1Malaysia is kinda spotted for this year's STPM according to a seminar that my teacher went to recently...

Hmm, wonder how many brave souls would opt to do so. In 'history' we can't even learn about alternate opinions. PA2 is slightly better but still...
