Re: PILN 2011: Anyone else got Twinning Programmes IMU for MEDIC??
First, congrats on getting IMU twinning programme =D
In a way, yes IMU students would have to work harder compared to either PMC or MMMC, cos both these twinning students will fly straight away after their A levels exam and their cut-off points aren't as high as IMU.
However, IMU students get to choose either to do the fast-track programme or the normal two years A level. The fast-trackers only do one and a half year A levels, so they finish their A level half a year earlier than the others. (I'm not sure whether INTEC will still implement the fast track programme for your year though).
Cheer up, flying faster or later is not the matter, what's more important is that you get to fly overseas. Think of the bright side, you'll get to graduate overseas! And don't worry about friends, you'll have plenty of them when you finished your A levels.
