STPM - minimum 3As, is 1A, 2A- counted as 3As too? @@
Btw, in the online application form for local scholarship, it asks, Are you applying to a Local university or an Overseas university? Options are Local and Overseas, if I click Local the (University/College/Institute) would become "No university/college/institute under local university" == So we have to choose "Overseas" right? There are Malaysia's universities in the list besides overseas universities.. Now what if I choose overseas universities? lol o.O But they said there is no overseas scholarships this year.....sigh. |

could apply for local scholarship first , then later apply for oversea when it is open again?
