I think the online acceptance constitute a legally binding acceptance (for both parties), and I don't rmb signing any written contract afterwards.
But you may choose not to appear in NTU afterwards (they can't FORCE you to come
), but you will have to pay back any money that they HAVE SPENT on you (case-by-case basis). If you reject before the school term starts, I don't think there is any major financial consequences. Please email NTU directly for confirmation.
