Better news to share!! With immediate effect, the guarantee income for pharmacist will be calculated as per the following guidelines: (Basic income/salary + 12% OR 13%) + other fix allowances If basic income < RM 5000, + 13% If basic income > RM 5000, + 12% Minimum RM 5000 and maximum RM 8000 still applicable. Example A: - Basic income: RM 3000 and Fix allowances: RM 1000 Company shall offer- Additional 13%: RM 390 - Total: RM3000 + RM1000 = RM 4390 - Guaranteed income: RM 5000 (Minimum) Example B: - Existing Basic income: RM 4000 + Fix allowances: RM 1000 Company shall offer : RM4000 + RM1000 + Additional 13%: RM 5520 = Guaranteed income: RM 5520 Example C: - Basic income: RM 5000 + Fix allowances: RM 1000 - Additional 12%: RM 600 Total : RM5000+RM1000+RM600 Total : Guaranteed income: RM 6600 Example D: - Basic income: RM 7000 - Fix allowances: RM 1000 - Additional 12%: RM 840 - Total: RM 8840 - Guarantee income: RM 8000 (Maximum) Working Hour for Pharmacist : 9 hours 6 days per week. Annual leave 14 days per year Bonuses : 50% gross profit from pharmaceutical section. URGENT PHARMACIST NEEDED FOR OUR STORE AT ALAMANDA |
