Yes, precisely what you just said. For admission into the courses, academic results is the most important. Put it simply, if you have a first class or high upper second or GPA of 3.7 and above, you should be alright though it all boils down to the satisfying the requirement of the respective universities.

Credit for the offer? I doubt it though it give your scholarship application a boost.

Master in electrical engineering or specialised master courses related to electrical/telecommunication

Anyway, I will try to apply for the universities and scholarships as well though they are quite tough for me. Never try never know. Hope that I can get it and make my dream of studying abroad come true.
