Somebody know how to set the ms sql server authentication?

Actually i don't know how to shift windows authentication into server authentication even i try out some way in the enterprise manager and it also prompt out:-

"SQL Server registration failed because of the connection failure displayed below.

SQL Server does not exist or access denied.
ConnectionOpen (Connect()) "

Got any solutions ? pls help me!!

i think u need to configure how your web server to connect to ms sql. i mean the script that u are using.. say php or asp or something.

if u are using php:-

http://us4.php.net/function.mssql-connect

i think that should do..

or if you are using others, let me know..
