Follow Gabriel's advice. Semiconductor is a good option only you are with the leader like Intel and has the chance to more to USA to work in the front end. It is a big boys' game, with a few leaders making most of the money, the rest will just struggle to survive. Fabs are getting more expensive with every new process generation, expected to be US$5B each in the 450mm fab generation. Most companies (and countries) do not have the resources and know how to keep up.

Since they are all trainee programs, then you should ask yourself in what field do you want to be trained in? What are you career aspirations? You want to be a manager 5-7 years from now?
Ask them what roles would you take on when you complete that 1 or 2 years with them. In the end, you're decision would be based on what you want now and in the future and what they could offer you. |

If you have two jobs, then think which office is closer to you, how big are the two offices, how many women working in both offices, how is your office room?... If you can figure that out then you can choose easily.
