Chances to appeal from PIDN to PILN

I seriously need help from any seniors who have experience in this matter..

Here goes my story. I am a PIDN scholarship holder expecting to complete my undergraduate degree at an IPTA after completing my matriculation studies this year. With my results in the first semester, I applied to UK universities through UCAS. I didn't put a lot of hope on the application but it was a shock when I started receiving conditional offers for my choices; the best offer that I got was BSc Physics with Theoretical Physics at Imperial College London.

It is extremely hard for me to hunt for scholarships in GLCs and private corporations due to my course choice. The only sponsor that I know of that sponsors students for pure sciences is JPA. Therefore I am really putting high hopes on JPA to fund my studies. I've browsed various threads in this forum to look for any helpful tips, but to no avail. I too learned that I am unable to apply for the Tajaan Tambahan Ivy League dan Setara and also the Skim Pinjaman Yuran Pengajian di Luar Negara because these are only open to first year students.

I am totally clueless with the appealing process and I really need imput from any experienced seniors and ReCom members. I have called Mr Andinor and some other JPA officers to enquire about the possibility of this appeal and they all said NO straight away.

Please, please do not just ignore my post. I know that it's a long post but I am in serious need of any assistance that I can get. I really don't want to miss this golden opportunity.

i suppose you were from batch 2011/12??
so you applied to uk unis through ucas upon getting your first sem results?
