So I have a question,is that means,'it's ok to accept the offer online as long as not signing any contract',reject afterward without have any doc signed doesn't count as premature withdrawal,right?

Anyone received the Nanyang Scholarship? As far as I know, all my college mates received ASEAN, including me..
