Does any know is that any way to check back what course do I apply for, in the JPA scholarship?

you mean, you have only just applied for the scholarship and you want to check what course you applied for? Er. I think the only way to do that would be to call the JPA office.

no, i forgot already my choice, by then the website can't allow us to check back my application form, and the printed version also didn't stated there.

then just call them up and see what they can do for you.
by the way, i'm actually a bit stunned that you forgot your choice. must be the case of too many scholarships
