FYI, she never apply for JPA scholarship. She doesnt want to go to Intec. And, she said there is no guarantee that we get to choose the universities of our choice. And she doesnt want to be bonded...

Umm, you apply for PILN or the Penyelidikan one? If you apply PILN - Sains Tulen then they will send you overseas. If Sains, then you will enter USM, UM, UTM all lorr.
