This is the worst thing that will happen to us non-bumis. The JPA scholarship is the only scholarship given by the gov for us non-bumis, whereas bumis still have the MARA scholarship. If they abolish...

Literally no scholarship. There's many other cases that people with 9A+ or 10A+ get the Matriculation as their scholarship. All that have been mentioned have good co-cu results.

I didn't appeal. I didn't appeal because I am aware that many many many of my other friends who are even deserving than I am didn't get the scholarship.

I guess it's an unwise decision to take up a scholarship if you are not interested in working with the organisation giving the scholarship(eg, JPA). You wouldn't be giving back to the organisation...
