I think the online acceptance constitute a legally binding acceptance (for both parties), and I don't rmb signing any written contract afterwards....

Yes, you can apply for PIDN(local) in june as stated in eSILA website.
Same question regarding this, I think you all better call JPA to ask more about it. My friend got that too, I myself not...
