I didn't take IELTS because i was told by IDP i can use 1119 to fulfill the english requirement. though it might be different now and back then. do take note of that
yes...bt i heard if you enter university, it is not confirmed that you can gt the course u wan(it depend on ur result and kekosongan also)... and jpa local only sponsor us for degree bcoz matriks is sponsored by moe
