Actually no ivy league would accept foundation. Unless you still want to do foundation, my advice to you is to take a SAT 1 and SAT 2 then ask your lecturer for a recommendation letter then use these to apply for a place in ivy league institution preferably in the US.

Hey hey hello! Sorry to disturb you. I saw you posted something about "IVY league scholarship". If I accept to do foundation in engineering under JPA in UTP, can I still apply for that?
