my case was, ... i applied PILN. upon logging in, i was awarded PIDN.. i did not appeal. i still dont have a clear idea how your's goes about. but one thing i know is, ur appeal is SUBJECT TO VACANCY due to other recipients rejecting their scholarships so..... its pretty much cross-fingers, if you'd want your desired course. i dont think you can specifically choose your course.
